Government, Municipal and Client Reporting Systems
|
|
Our extensive experience in government reporting has come from working directly for state government
and interactions with the USDA.
Are you still gathering quarterly or monthly reports via postal mail, fax or email? Let us build a secure
system for your clients to log in and enter their reporting data. You will then be able to access the
reporting area of the site to access reports based on your criteria. This system of reporting is easy
to enter for the client and easy to produce reports for you. There are many benefits
to using this type of system:
- less or no paper
- no postage
- no expensive software to install
- improved client reporting compliance
- no more, 'it is in the mail', responses
- provides ability to track historic results quickly
- retrieve the reporting results from anywhere, anytime
- reporting constraints that only allow acceptable data entry
- frees up time for important program work
- enormous labor savings for you and your clients
- improvements to system are included in subscription price
In addition to the client reporting system is the 'Active Monitoring System'. Currently this system
is targeted at the USDA - TEFAP program and allows states to complete monitoring
visits to sites without the interruption of writing detailed reports and then re-writing them back in
the office. The system allows state monitors to simply choose the site from a real time list,
enter the date of the site visit, check-off the findings, enter additional findings of a specific nature,
make comments if needed and using a submit button, upload the site visit information directly into
the web server. The system then sends an email to the correct site representative for action. The
site representative responds via the monitoring system and the monitor is notified by email of the
response. This all takes place without paper, sticky notes or relying on email as the response. All
of the monitor's findings and comments as well as the site representative's response and comments
are stored on the web server and available for viewing or printing. At any time the state can view
a report of all the sites that have been monitored, which had findings and even a list of sites
that have not been monitored for a specific fiscal year or other period of time.
Versions for School Lunch, CSFP and A2H agencies are coming in the near future.
